SITE CONDITIONS

Existing 13,300 square feet space in Company owned building. Existing acoustical partitions to be reconfigured.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Accommodate 146 personnel. Do not relocated existing test positions. Co-locate three managerial entities (Cable Repair, Business Repair and Residential Repair). Develop new dispatch positions concepts and design appropriate workstation furniture.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

Foster efficient work flow among all personnel and their equipment and between work groups. Arrange partitions, furniture and equipment to maximize staff satisfaction with work environment.
