Existing 1,400 square feet residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

PROGRAM  REQUIREMENTS

Expand residence to accommodate four bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, breakfast nook and enlarged living room. Maintain as much of original framing as possible. Final size to be 2,100 square feet.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

Create a lofty interior with vaulted ceilings. Bring natural light into interior with use of skylights. Create a warm, contemporary feeling to both the interior and exterior.
