SITE CONDITIONS

Study existing Customer Service Center workstations at San Francisco, Oakland, Laguna Hills and Denver. Develop new standardized workstations to be used nationally.

 

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Develop workstation designs that optimize conflicting requirements for communication between team members and for absorption of distracting ambient sound. Develop workstation designs that accommodate up to three terminals.
