Dorshkind Associates offers professional services in the disciplines of Space Planning and Interior Architecture. Our ambition is to achieve solutions to the needs of our clients that are logical and cost effective and that enhance the human spirit. It is to this end that we apply our creative and technological expertise.

Project Methodology

We commence each project with an awareness of its uniqueness. Each project has its own site and its own set of program requirements, client expectations and  opportunities and restrictions. After analyzing the site and identifying project requirements and and goals, we develop possible design solutions. We present these solutions to our client and mutually select the appropriate one for further development. Following approval of the final design, we develop the contract documents required for construction. Then, we interact in the construction process to ensure that the project is faithfully executed.
